2024 Thanksgiving Distribution

Lighthouse Food Rescue & Distribution and a team of people from the local community went out and gave out over 400 hot plates to the unhoused. It was such a blessing and honor to help those who are in need. We also want to thank Oversight MD for such an amazing staff led by their CEO, Mark Godwin.
2024 Day In The Bay
October 13th, 2024
Lighthouse Food Rescue & Distribution was blessed enough to be able to feed over 500 people at the Day In The Bay. We were passing out pastries, mac & cheese salad, lo mein, and many more. We want to thank Otto Lee from District 3 and our advocate partner, Shaun Cartwright for helping us with this event. Seeing the smile on the face of the people brought great joy to our hearts.
2023 Thanksgiving Distribution
November 22nd, 2023
On November 22, 2023, Lighthouse Food Rescue & Distribution embarked on a mission to feed the unhoused. Pastor Ralph Olmos, alongside with a group his staff and volunteers from the community, came together and helped packed up over 300 plates of food. A team of dedicated people went out to the homeless camps of San Jose and helped provided food and clothings to the people in need.
