Pastor Ralph Olmos spearheaded the creation of LFRAD in 2020. He is a strong advocate for the unhoused, veterans, and seniors. During his free time, he enjoys bike-riding and fishing.

House Manager

Tony Covarrubias has been affiliated with LFRAD since its opening back in 2020. He enjoys giving back to the community and seeing people smile. Tony loves to spend time with his family at their family ranch during his free time.

Executive Director

Luis Martinez has been affiliated with LFRAD since March 2023. He utilizes his experience in community mental health and non-profit organizing to build up the organization. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog and trying new food places.

House Manager

Blanca Hernandez has been affiliated with LFRAD since its opening back in 2020. She has a heart to serve the community as well as her family. Blanca enjoys spending time with her mother-in-law and her 8 grandchildren.

Elena Villalobos has been affiliated with LFRAD since its opening back in 2020. She has a heart for the community and loves to find ways to help others. During her free time, Elena loves spending quality time with her daughters, going to dog parks, and taking scenic drive along the coast.

Andy Lai has been affiliated with LFRAD since its opening back in 2020. He has a heart to help people thrive and succeed. Andy enjoys working out and training martial arts.

Rodney McCarter has been affiliated with LFRAD since its conception in 2020. He is a compassionate individual that cares about his family, friends, and community. During his free time, Rodney loves playing basketball and spending time with his loved ones.
